Elect Robert Brunner: A Dedicated Leader for Whitpain Township

As the current Chair of the Whitpain Township Board of Auditors, Bob oversees our township finances with excellence. Under his leadership, the township has won awards for its Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) and maintained its AAA bond rating.
Bob’s commitment to advocacy doesn’t stop there. As the president of Teamsters Local 169 and Chair of Funds, he demonstrates diplomacy and leadership every day. He works with local, national, and international companies in contract negotiation, grievance resolution, and arbitration. Bob also serves on several boards: Pension Fund, Health and Welfare, Service Fund, and the Frank Keane Scholarship Fund.
In addition to his union work, Bob is the Chair of the East Norriton, Plymouth, and Whitpain Joint Sewer Authority, and is a proud parent of three active members of the Centre Square Fire Company.
Bob began his career in 1988 with a food distributor and served as Chief Union Steward for 15 years. His dedication to public service extends to his role as the current Whitpain Township 9 Democratic Committee Person and Chair of the Montgomery County Democratic Committee Bylaws Committee.
